I was glad to hear feedback and interest in many of the article that you created.
I’ll try to give some answers to who and to continue the tour on the ship that we pass you the experience of working on ships.
So where were we last time? Yes we talked about the possibilities of your evolution as a chef Miktzoait Okonditorim working on a floating hotel employment contract of 6 months on the ship and two months off, which is what is accepted in hotels and flooding. Also, after two months, if the chef used to work satisfaction, you go back another contract when in fact this advantage against the “tourist season” in Israel or Htigburim Castro and “we’re all a little tired of them.
Ability to integrate the work really begins writing resumes and marketing yourself correctly. Shipping companies which we recommend sending your resume sitting in Miami USA and in fact once you submit Moamdctm any role, you have to be conducted in English. Starko important CV in English to present you in a positive light and clear.
Usually begin resume personal information and ways of communication. Detail about education and education in the field (Note that the cruise companies prefer to professional education, and about you can specify briefly, for example: the components of the course length).
Then you have to add occupational experience, specifying jobs as hotel, restaurant or catering and special rooms / packets in those hotel / restaurant, this cruise company to be able to assess your experience and understand your environment (the company’s Web site worked it could help ). More should be added, details about your job, progress at work, your responsibilities at the same place, for example if you are built the budget / menu, or their position and special events, or even if the win culinary competition – we clearly had an interesting terse.
Help if you specify languages you speak, or foreign passport, although it does not really need but always an advantage. In addition, I suggest you add a point, emphasize the added value in relation to your other contestants from around the world, for example if you did an internship abroad at a restaurant with 2 stars Mislan, or Snbhrtm slaughter this year at the year – you guys do not be modest, it’s time to sell yourself!
After you finish did you proofread your resume in English, made sure to 2 – 3 recommendations from your previous employer in English (including contact details). It is important that a recommendation will be on letterhead of the hotel or restaurant.
One last thing is the image (as passport), but with work clothes clean sampling, or another good image.
Consider that once called for an interview, must present a certificate course at college and will need to present authentic documents, valid passport, Okoitz”b.
Think of it sent hundreds of resumes, you must bring something uniquely yours.
Send resume by email to
Cv@hrmarsec.com,
We wish you good luck. After writing a resume
If resumes were appropriate, will turn you back … Next, summon you to an interview will be coordinated through the mail.
In an interview authenticated personal information, will be asked several questions designed to understand what you are looking for – as in any job interview, and then ask questions of professionalism. Be surprised to know that most questions will be course Type 1 – This is the base. Besides, you will need to present a varied menu and of course how.
If a match is found you pass this stage you will be coordinated interviews with a representative of two cruise company – probably a chef or food and beverage manager who worked on the ship and “Y.” the domain.
The first interview begins and ends in English and Hebrew, the interview begins the second straight English, but do not worry, know that you are not native English speakers, excited – it’s considered quite considerate.
The interview was good would discover rather quickly what was happening to you. If not, will be updated as well.
If the interview was successful, will be updated after a few days. Must be considered the main office is in Miami and the U.S., meaning the Jewish holidays and Sundays do not apply to him …
Cshtsovh reach - positive, begin a process of medical examinations and the removal of the sailors C1D work visa (as that air crew visa, Visa has also chemists, in which case you are included in this category) Publishing visa process is done by HR MARSEC company will issue you the paperwork necessary to submit Stitztrko U.S. Embassy in Israel.
These expenses apply to a candidate is important to mention plane ticket ship would be covered by you. If you finish the contract in full – that is 6 months, the ship will fund the card you return home, to Tel Aviv.
C. – 3 weeks to a month – you will be willing to increase the ship, (excited?) MARSEC HR staff will prepare you for what it takes, to answer any questions and check that everything is clear. They will tell you right medical laboratory tests in English, will give you the book of the ship and procedures will be reviewed not forgotten anything.
Coughed on board, according to your interview you will know exactly where you are going, because remind you this floating hotel complex theme restaurants – small and intimate than that give a unique gourmet experience. You will find restaurants such as Fusion Asian ((Harvest Silk
Italian-inspired Styakiih
This entrance to the restaurant – (Tuscan Grille)
Modern European kitchen (Muranou)
And health menu (BLU)
And can be Stosbtzo amazing dining room two floors, dishes in the evening draws 3000 amazing culinary level. Or be part of a restaurant of food easy and healthy ((AquaSpa Café Restaurant Crepes not only very sweet pampering!
((Bistro on Five
Or an Italian bakery with a special ice cream store …. There is no limit …. Menus and a little more and continue following the story so successfully send a resume, do not wait and say tomorrow … that dreams begin here … close to the plate close to the sea.

Solstice is the first of a new class of five vessels to be launched through 2012, and on the first swing Celebrity has hit it out of the park. In many cases, a cruise line’s “new class” often means just a larger, or slightly tweaked, version of a previous design. At 122,000 tons, Solstice has the size credentials, being the largest Celebrity ship ever launched, but there’s much more to this vessel.

Solstice has one of the best interior architecture designs we’ve ever seen, and passenger flow is excellent. While the ship’s passenger-to-space ratio is standard for the industry, we never felt crowded and never experienced a single long line. On our completely full sailing the ship felt half-empty. Solstice is also an extremely easy ship to navigate, even for first-time cruisers. Everything is clustered: all the entertainment is forward; the food is aft; and — insiders are quick to point out — the money (casino, reception, shops) is in the middle. Even the specialty restaurants are all clustered on a single deck (Deck 5).

Solstice’s style blossoms from the root of its name, “sol,” meaning “sun.” Even the casino chips bear images of the sun, a different stylistic representation on each denomination. And the sun plays an important role for the ship, from powering the 216 solar panels that contribute — although to a minor extent — to the ship’s electrical grid, to nurturing what is perhaps the most unique feature of this, or any other, ship: a full half-acre of lush living grass. Called the Lawn Club, this area features bocce courts, a putting course and the Hot Glass Show, where passengers can delight in seeing the creation of complex works of glass art from basic raw materials to the finished objects. Other “green” innovations include improvements in hull design and coatings, which boost fuel efficiency, and the use of eco-friendly refrigerants and lighting.

The sounds of the sailorsMany times I was asked how could work on ships the world’s largest vacation? There is a desire among many people to change career grinding routine did not always appreciate the hard work that they perform. Or too low remuneration.

I asked if it was possible to combine work with pleasure?!?

Is there a job you can earn it and save?

Did I learn about different cultures see the big world and add professional knowledge promote me?

So the answer is yes and yes!

There is one place to work.

Working on ships in the world is something uniquely fascinating work with high-earning possibilities, experience driving trip around the world. The ability to combine fascinating work in a floating 6-star hotel with high personal satisfaction and a desire to remain on board without going home, we certainly recognized.

World tourism industry is growing and developing faster than any other industry, most industry and Cruises. We saw it in Israel, but we intend to work on Israeli passenger ships, but the biggest ships in the world who work all year on average between 2500 to 3500 passengers.

1000-1600 staff, this is really a city floating length of 300 meters height and 60 meters under water, downtown is about 8 feet …

Due to the huge growth in the industry created high demand for workers in many fields related to this industry. But despite all the growth and growth of the industry in the world, this branch also injured as a result of political changes in the world mainly as a result of the events of 11 September.

Trend of bankruptcies of large companies and taking strong on weaker companies also came Cruises industry.

One of mergers of small companies with large companies showed remarkable success by the number of parameters is:

+ celebrity cruises prestigious company bought by Royal Caribbean several years ago. This trend will continue in the coming years so that only large companies with strong financial background will be in this market sector.

World cruise industry changes the attitude towards me is a kind of cruise vacation only to the Golden Age.

The new version that ships with the existing mega large pools, skating, entertainment Avenue, attractive crowd of all ages, families and youth. Vacations with a variety of such population appreciates the service contributes significantly to the team, even at reference level evaluation team and the financial reward.

Ship there are three main classes: the bridge, engine, hotel.

Bridge department officers will staff a package of better salaries and conditions will be there shift officers – captains, vice-captain and the captain himself, the navigation officer, safety officer, second officer following day there is also awareness environmental officer, security officers, and Administrative Manager.

The engine department: Chief Angel Nir and his deputy, shift mechanic, air conditioning officer, electricians.

Department biggest hotel is the Department:

This department has the Manager Hotel

Purser / Chief House also known as VP / Director Finance hotels in the country.

Computer network administrator.

Sue Chef Home Chef, pastry chef / House Home cooks of all levels and types.

Manager food and beverage and has a role to “Minister of drinks”

Manager Development and Training

Manager Personnel

Manager Rooms Division

Manager program and entertainment cruise (Cruise Director)

Of course there are also other functions such as ship light and sound technician, entertainment staff, nurses and doctors, officers of receipt, travel guides, cooks, barmen, teachers and even gardening.

Let us not forget the assistant waiters and the waiters, who by the way they do work hard but well rewarded by the passengers, mostly American, who appreciate good service and demand it when he receives such a service is willing to pay for it handsomely.

In fact management positions working on high salaries and excellent conditions Assistants waiters start from scratch, but just know that many hotel managers began as assistant waiters and advanced administrative positions.

Staff officers will see a variety of leisure destinations around the world: the Caribbean (Hamitiim. ..), Northern Europe, Canary Islands, Mediterranean garden, Alaska, South America, Far East, Australia, Hawaii and more …

The ships themselves are also the world’s largest ships, the ship’s crew has their own terms, to officers and executives have rooms with double bed, refrigerator, television and quite safe, even pretty Joy Corner Hosting – living room, shower and bathroom, very spacious and pleasant surprised, chances would be also a window . The bed and clean your room and leave their room to take care to bring you cleaner clothes and livery at night if you want you can order room service. After the first contract you have to invite friends and family at funny.

More junior staff, there are rooms which have shower and bathroom, safe, television and the services they are washing Ohhdrnim when chances are they will share the room with a partner or a partner in the same department.

Dining room staff officers redeploy the 4 dining rooms, there’s no way you stay hungry, eat the same food the passengers sometimes even more luxurious. Ship there are approximately 50 different nationalities from South Central and North America, Europe, Asia and of course, there are also Israeli ambassadors. A wonderful opportunity to meet people and cultures from around the world to learn languages and be pampered for an international food.

Theme parties, festivals, festive, karaoke are a major part bhavi team, if you choose to do for “Togo” or songs of the nineties or the celebration of India’s Independence Day foods characteristic of music that accompanies a lot of fun. Club parties are great team or even the open deck reserved for staff only, by the pool or Jacuzzi are just for them!

Internet cafes and even browsing available wireless, it’s not that obvious but the company is out of her way to make the time the family is the staff.

Those who choose the Internet can choose a very rich library of books or the latest movies, every week bother to get new movies and books at home, will be in Miami, Barcelona, Hunlolo or

San Francisco, depending on the season and board annual cruises.

Your spare time you can go out the various ports or choose to stay aboard sunbathe go to the gym or join only team he’s barbecue.

If you choose to go outside the ports, then the sky’s the limit really short tracks with Alaska on foot or helicopter over the glaciers, the most light diving sites in the Caribbean, nachos with Mexican tequila or horseback riding along the beach in Costa Rica, or just sit in a cafe in Rome, there Border Just do not forget to be back in time.

Ship as everywhere in management positions has several other conditions as the pleasure to dine at restaurants

To join a karate or restaurants where guests dine as guests feel yourself.

Enjoy performing in the theater is about 2 stories high and contains 1500 seats and enjoy the performances and productions of Broadway or Las Vegas or other comedians Frformrim chances that bored, or just enjoy the bars pizzerias Ohgalidriut, scattered on the ship only to drink too much and, outside the casino.

If we try to summarize and see what what you should work on American passenger ships in international and comparative advantages we reach the conclusion that:

.1 Experience working on a floating hotel 6 star rated number one in the world Cruises.

.2 Accumulation of experience and knowledge in the field of hotel and tourism, maybe you can compare it to Stag

Practice with the best lawyer in America. You specializes in the best and strongest in the industry.

.3 Conditions excellent management team officers chefs, and the ability to not only progress along the lateral.

4. All staff also works form All Inclusive

Residence, no rent or mortgage, food and drink ready and available, no need to go shopping weekly

Supermarket and not to wait and see how Visa declined. Here you will not have to worry about the ongoing erosion, the advantage

Relative here you will save most of the money.

.5 See a world where your work without paying for it, and if you watch a week later you get

See the place.

6. Nice job which relate to you as a person who value your hard work, events

Treats different parties and productions team, but if we drink so we do not we just

Go to sleep.

7. Work is for people who know the English language and can speak it with confidence. Service awareness is very necessary knowledge and experience are very important.

Many times as you enter the 6-star hotel there is little such excitement, such a sense of national celebrity and a sense that we, on Royal Caribbean Cruises and Celebrity Cruises in the team feels it’s time to return home after 4 or 6 months contract ended, you will feel sense the feeling of the experience of leave home, a pleasant floating.

If you want to recommend or to the candidate nominated will be happy to receive your resume and help him priority to speakers of foreign languages.

The Food and Beverage Director runs this department. The dining room manager, or maitre d’, takes care of seating arrangements, service, and oversees the wait staff for the main restaurant (dining room). For example, following the Achille Lauro hijacking, the IMO decided to adopt a resolution on measures to prevent unlawful acts from threatening the safety of ships and the security of their passengers and crews (Assembly Resolution A584[14]).Subsequently, guidelines were established by the IMO’s Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) in one of its circulars ‘Measures to Prevent Unlawful Acts against Passengers and Crew On-board Ships’ (MSC Circular 443). Requirements such as the development of a security plan, the implementation of appropriate security measures, the performance of risk-based security surveys or assessments, and training to enhance security awareness were adopted and put into place. In many cases, they were virtually identical to the ISPS Code requirements adopted 20 years later. In 2005, the rest of the maritime industry is, in many respects, catching up with what the cruise industry has been doing for two decades.
